Went for father's Day, located top of Brandon with parking on the front, sides and around the back. Service was great, very friendly. Ordered the fish and chips, fish cooked lovely, small but nice. Daughter had the pork belly Sunday dinner, initially she was very disappointed, the belly appears raw, no cracking, and gravy was a little bit greasy. I asked for it to be replaced and the staff were more than happy. Daughter enjoyed her food, shame it was sent out the way it was. Would recommend

Absolutely fantastic stay ... themed rooms, cosy restaurant, pub, fabulous food, cocktails and wine.
Highly recommend a stay and steak or choose from a variety of delicious options from the menu.
Breakfast was delicious and can go up to 11 o'clock
Location is gorgeous countryside ... fantastic little overnight getaway and always offers to suit the purse strings
We had a lovely family meal at this venue on the 14th of March. The food was lovely, the staff really stepped up and we couldn't have asked for more.
If you like steak, I highly recommend the steak sharer board with all the trimmings. The pub has a larger on tap called P&K. This took me back by how nice it was, a really crisp pint.
A bonus surprise for us is that children eat free on a Monday and Tuesday day, The children's meals were good portions and very nice, to the point I finished off the kids meals.
Overall, everything was perfect down to the finest detail. Just a heads up for taller people, mind your head on the way in.
